Payment Methods
We accept the following credit/debit cards as payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
General Shipping Information
We ship via UPS Ground Shipping and USPS for all U.S. shipments within the 48 contiguous states.
All purchases will be verified and cleared through Authorize.net before your order is shipped.
The shipping charges are shown during the check-out process.
Orders are processed and shipped the following business day after they are placed.
Once your item has shipped; a tracking number will be emailed to you.
A signature is required upon delivery of your order for your protection.
Please allow 5-7 business days after processing for delivery. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. NOTE: Stephanie Huntley Accessories is not responsible for packages returned to us as unclaimed or non-deliverable. No refund or credit will be given.
P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will require additional time for delivery.
Allow extra delivery time for Alaska & Hawaii.
Returning Defective Items:
If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 3 business days by sending an email to:
returns@stephaniehuntleyaccessories.com for return authorization.
Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item, the style number and invoice number.
Once a return authorization has been received; please return the item to us by following the steps below for returning by mail.
Return by Mail
Here are the basic steps:
Return the item to us via USPS.
Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, when returning the merchandise, we recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking services for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned.
You can expect a refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.
Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
