Wedding Planning

Planning a wedding when you’re pressed for time and patience can be stressful. We will guide you through the entire wedding planning process from the initial planning meeting until you leave the reception in marital bliss. We talk about who you are and what you want from your experience - what you want the event to look like and to feel like.


We work with our creative partners to bring your vision to reality.  Each creative partner is a master of their craft. They will bring together the linens, chairs, and florals and set the mood with lighting.  

 

We live in a visual society.  What your space looks like matters.  The things your guests will see and hear, touch and taste matter!   We work with you to bring all of these elements together to create an immersive, unforgettable experience that can only be described as a day created just for you.

Wedding Management

If you are a DIY bride or just an extremely organized person who has a wonderful vision and with a ton of time to pull off a glamorous wedding but need a little help from a wedding professional to pull it all together and make sure your wedding day goes well - our Wedding Management Package is for you!   

Our help begins right after you book with us. We will meet with you, discuss your ideas, vision, vendors, venue, and then create a plan to help you execute your wedding. We will be working together with the information you provide to help.

 

Six weeks before your wedding day, we will meet again and have a thorough meeting where we discuss everything you've accomplished, finalize all details and confirm your vendors.  At this point we begin collaborating with all of your vendors to create an extremely detailed timeline.


On your wedding day we will be there handling all of the details, from beginning to the very end, so you and your families can live in and love each moment of the most unforgettable day of your life!

Wedding Management & Styling services include:

  • 2-hour initial consultation to meet and discuss your wedding day

  • Two (2) Client/Planner meetings to outline the rehearsal and                    wedding day.

  • Meet with all selected vendors, review contracts and discuss their            services

  • Develop a detailed timeline that will be sent to each vendor two  (2)          weeks prior to the wedding

  • Collect and inventory wedding day items such as guestbook, cake knife,  cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards and  all décor items one (1) week before the wedding.

  • Coordinated one (1) hour wedding rehearsal 

  • Decorating of wedding & reception venue with items provided

  • Oversee vendor and rental deliveries setup

  • Onsite the day of your wedding (total hours depends on the start

       and end time)

  • Coordinate all ceremony and reception activities: (grand entrance, first    dance, cake cutting, grand exit)

  • Ensure wedding gifts, top layer of wedding cake, guest book,                    toasting flutes, cake server and all personal items are

      collected and given to the designated person.

  • Fee for one (1) additional coordinator.

 

Investment begins at $2000

Note: Pricing for this service is based upon:

  1. the number of guests in attendance

  2. if the ceremony and reception venue are in two different locations

  3. other logistical factors

 Day of Dazzle

Our most popular option, “Day of Dazzle”, is specifically designed to add the "Wow Factor" to your wedding day.  We call this our one-stop-shop option.  It has the look and feel of a custom designed wedding and helps save you time, money and your sanity. 

 

In addition to getting all of the elements you need for your wedding; Stephanie and her assistants are onsite the entire day.  Whether you have 150 guests or a more intimate wedding of 50; you will get our complete attention and an unwavering dedication to your needs.

This package includes:

 

  • A 2-hour consultation to discuss and outline your wedding day.

  • Development of a detailed timeline that will be sent to you and the vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding

  • A 1-hour coordinated wedding rehearsal, your ceremony and reception

  • Stephanie and her team onsite the day of your wedding; with Stephanie at the helm leading and guiding the day.

  • Overseeing of vendor and rental deliveries and setup

  • Decorating of wedding and reception venue

  • Wedding altar back drop - 8x10 or 10x10 (White, Ivory or Champagne chiffon draping)

  • Select wedding aisle decor 

  • Floor length linens and napkins for guest tables

  • Non-floral centerpieces*, votive candleholders, table numbers and charger plates 

  • Linen for the Bride's cake table, Groom's cake table, gift table and 2 buffet tables

  • Sweetheart table complete with specialty linen, table décor and wedding backdrop

  • Fee for one (1) assistant.

 

*Larger backdrops, other colors and specialty draping are an additional fee
*Floral centerpieces are an additional fee and will be provided by a floral designer

Day of Dazzle - 200 | Investment: $3600

(Maximum of 200 guests /20 tables)

Day of Dazzle - 150 | Investment: $3000
(Maximum of 150 guests /15 tables)


Day of Dazzle - 100 | Investment: $2600
(Maximum of 100 guests /10 tables)


Day of Dazzle - 50 | Investment: $2000
(Maximum of 50 guests /5 tables)

(Hourly Consultation) | $75 per hour

This planning option is perfect for those who need a listener, to vet some ideas or to ask more detailed questions.  This planning option is great for the person that wants the guidance of a planner without purchasing a package. Hourly consultations are a great way to get the help you need while managing your planning costs.

 

With a small investment, you can get detailed advice and an action plan to continue on. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. We follow up our consults with a phone call and email to find out how things are going.
